This combo class starts with a full day dedicated to Pistol Skills with Eric Wise to get you tuned up and ready for the 2-day No Fail Pistol POI.
Day ONE: CRITICAL PISTOL SKILLS with Eric Wise (9am-5pm)
This course is ideal for shooters who want a pre-No Fail Tune Up!
In Critical Pistol Skills we’ll refine all of the weapon handling techniques you’ll need to know to be a proficient shooter. For example… You’ll need to be safe and proficient in your draw and know how to reload your pistol before coming to class. But we are going to spend some time refining your draw and reload, explaining why efficiency matters and how improper techniques will negatively affect your shooting.
Every drill is focused on Cornerstone’s Rule No. 1–You’ve gotta hit the thing. Developing our raw accuracy potential and then exploring how to deliver those accurate rounds under varying conditions at targets of varying difficulty. The concepts needed to accurately fire a handgun are not complicated, but there are very specific techniques you can use to maximize your potential.
TD1 Packing List:
350 rounds
Pistol, 3 mags, and a holster designed specifically for your handgun. No SERPA or soft sided Uncle Mike’s style holsters.
Eye and hearing protection. Clothing suitable for the range.
Food, water, and snacks for the day.
A positive, can-do attitude.
